You may see us out and about posting for sale signs in yards and making people's home dreams a reality. Or you may see us at various events, fulfilling our civic commitments and helping to make our community a better place to live and work.
We invite you to get to know us a little better. Who knows, perhaps you’ve been wondering the answers to these very questions!

This week, meet Aspire agent Gina Richey!

Gina has a long history in real estate – 11 years – but is relatively new to Aspire Realty Group. She joined us six months ago.

She couldn’t imagine living and working anywhere else. She grew up in Central Arkansas and simply loves the area, she says.

Nearby Aspire headquarters on Kavanaugh Boulevard, Gina likely can be seen at her favorite haunt – Canon Grill.

When she was a girl, Gina dreamed of one day making her debut on the stage as an actress.

She gets to pretend that dream came true when she’s in her car jamming to “I’m Worth It” by Fifth Harmony.

Every day, Gina is motivated to get out of bed by her Yorkie, Katy Bugs.

Beach or mountains? “Beach”

Favorite season and why? “Summer – tennis moves outside!”

It’s the “great” people, “good” restaurants and availability of fun outdoor activities that entice Austin to live and work here, he said.

His favorite Little Rock spot? “I can’t choose just one – Sandy's Restaurant, Pantry Crest and Cafe Prego.”

As a child, Austin dreamed of being a lawyer.

Meet Aspire's Tracy Norwood

You see us out and about doing our house thing and in various ways boosting our community through our civic involvements. We invite you to get to know us a little better. Who knows, perhaps you’ve been wondering the answers to these very questions!

Meet Tracy Norwood

In her four years as a Realtor, Tracy has spent the majority of them at Aspire Realty Group. She’s been at the Hillcrest-based real estate business for three years.

Her love for the people of Central Arkansas is her reason for living and working here. “Seldom do I go to a restaurant, school, park, sporting event, shopping center or anywhere else that there isn’t a smiling face to greet me in some fashion. I love Southern hospitality and hope I pass it out as well!”

Tracy’s favorite place to be in the area is Pinnacle Mountain.

As a girl, she dreamed of being a large animal veteran. She developed this ambition while growing up on a dairy farm.

In the car, you could catch Tracy listening to KLove “or anything upbeat that lifts my spirit.”

Every day, she’s motivated by her children to get out of bed. “I love to see their faces every morning. Some days I may not be met with a smile, but every day is better waking up to them.”

Beach or mountains? Beach

Favorite season and why? “I have to say two: spring and fall. Spring for the new birth of flowers, green grass and trees. Fall for the crisp football weather and fall colors. Arkansas is a beautiful state!”

Aspire Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

Notice anything different about our signs throughout town? We have proudly changed our signature green logo color to pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Our "Little Pink Houses" campaign hits home as we honor our very own who have survived breast cancer.

In this video, Aspire agent Cathy Montgomery discusses her cancer journey and the importance of early detection and the life-saving value in getting your mammogram.

May her story inspire even just one woman to schedule her screening appointment today!

Agent Janice Garry shares the breast cancer survivor story of her dear cousin, Gladys Dickinson of Pine Bluff.

Gladys, 58, was diagnosed two years ago. She knew something wasn’t right after having to redo her mammogram three different times.

“Breast cancer are two words women don’t like to hear,” she says. “My fears and thoughts  were whether my breast would be removed and whether I would lose my hair. In a 10-month span, I had a breast biopsy, removal of the cancer, one treatment every three weeks for six treatments followed by 31 days of radiation treatment. I continued to work my job during this time and only missed on the days I had chemo treatment.”

Gladys says she couldn’t have made it through with the support of Janice, her family, church, co-workers and friends. “I am thankful to all of them. But most importantly, I put my trust in the Lord and saw me through it all.”

The common thread among these stories: Don’t be afraid of a mammogram, schedule your screening and be persistent about your health.
