Jesi Watts

Jessica Barnes Watts (Jesi) is the Principal Broker for Aspire Realty Group. Jesi started managing her first property in 2014, an AirBnB in Little Rock, Arkansas, and was hooked on real estate management.
Jesi got her Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations in 2002 from UA Little Rock and her Master of Business Administration in 2007, also from UA Little Rock. After spending the last couple of years teaching EAST at Pulaski Heights Middle (Go Panthers!) she decided to make property management her full time gig in 2019.
Jesi feels that customer service is the most important part of property management and is committed to bringing together the perfect tenants for the perfect property.
In her spare time (haha) she enjoys spending time with her sons, Cohen and Wilder, and her husband, James, reading, good food, and time with friends.
Lacey Roark

Lacey Roark has been the Maintenance Coordinator of all property management operations since 2020. What started part-time has turned into the full-time job she truly loves! She takes pride in great customer service and wears many hats from handling maintenance requests and scheduling to ensuring the books are in order.
Lacey got her cosmetology license at Paul Mitchell The School in 2015 and worked as a cosmetologist for 5 years at The Shortcut Salon in North Little Rock. She and her husband, Blain, now live in Searcy and own/operate Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers there.
Lacey is also a stay-at-home mom to her 2 precious boys, Hawkins and Miles. If/when she gets a free moment she enjoys reading or catching up on her shows.

Simply put, Mark has a passion for real estate. He has spent his entire professional career working in the Arkansas real estate industry, obtaining his real estate sales license in 2010. In addition to his real estate sales license, Mark is also a licensed real estate appraiser, attorney, and Graduate Realtors Institute Designee. Obtaining these additional licenses has allowed Mark to deepen his understanding of real estate transactions, helping him provide high quality, competent service to buyers and sellers throughout the state.
Mark is loyally committed to his clients, and he firmly believes that buying and selling a home should be a comfortable and rewarding experience. One of Mark’s main goals in any transaction is to help clients feel fulfilled both personally and financially.
Outside of real estate, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and following college sports. Whether you are searching for a new house or looking to sell a cherished home, it would be Mark’s sincere pleasure to assist with your real estate plans.
